Plymouth, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a 10,000 employee tier one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Calibration Engineer – Hybrid Systems.
What you will do: The Calibration Engineer – Hybrid Systems provides powertrain calibration support for the workhorse phase of projects to be able to meet fuel economy, performance and driveability metrics. The position coordinates vehicle calibration interactions with other controllers to calibrate, test, and deliver vehicle level attributes and subsystem level attributes, while also coordinating calibration interactions for shift schedule, engine on/off schedule, and driver demand.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in calibration engineering. Hybrid vehicle experience.
