Warren, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading supplier of quality and testing systems. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Business Development Representative – Inside Sales.
What you will do: The Business Development Representative – Inside Sales acts as a resource in resolving customer issues and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction, keeping well-informed of changing customer needs. The role develops/provides quotations to new and existing clients, provides accurate and timely status reports to clients, and answers incoming inquires. The position assists with processing test requests and incoming work, conducts proactive and timely opportunity follow-up, and populates/maintains the CRM in line with the sales SOP. Additionally, the Business Development Representative – Inside Sales manages a client portfolio with the goal of increasing revenue, margin and market share, supports Business Development Managers with client development activities, and communicates feedback to management when operations or sales support.
What you will need: Associate’s degree. Current experience in business development. Strong customer service background. Technical sales experience, preferably with metallurgical, fluid, or vibrational testing.
