Austin, Texas – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a leading controls system integration. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for Regional Business Development Manager.
What you will do: The Business Development Manager specializes in the growth of sales in a southern region for controls integration, partnered with OEM’s like Siemens and Mitsubishi. The position manages/updates sales for all solutions responsible for determining new business growth for customers, and coordinates commercial activities. The role negotiates new business agreements with customers and assists in analysis of customer release figures, while also representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality and building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. This position has a non-capped commission structure; they are looking for a true hunter as well as a farmer. Additionally, the Sales Manager builds strong relationships with the plants to facilitate coordination of activities and understands detailed issues, analyzing and determining actions required.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. Current experience in solutions-based sales. Experience in the engineering sector. Previous experience in the industrial automation field. Experience with controls integration. Ability to travel nationally.
