Wapakoneta, Ohio – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a company that fully designs, manufactures and distributes moving equipment for all types of manufacturing. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Business Analyst.
What you will do: The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, analyzing and evaluating existing processes and master data. The role works with users on issues reported in the solution and work to resolution, gathers master data elements, and analyzes/documents business processes and procedures. The position defines user requirements and issues to devise best practices, works with users to achieve standardized business processes across the corporation, and analyzes business cases to measure adherence to standardized practices and data governance standards. Additionally, the Business Analyst creates architecture design documents, develops/documents a project test plan, and manages system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release.
What you will need: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field. Current experience as a business analyst in a manufacturing company. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
