Auburn Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a leading provider of IT services. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Business Analyst.
What you will do: The Business Analyst provides a high level of application support and consulting. The role works with multiple functional global business areas with a focus on continuous improvement, interfaces with employees throughout the global organization, and provides application support and assistance to global end users regarding a variety of needs and issues. The position assists in the planning of new applications as well as enhancements and fixes to existing applications, including: identification of business requirements, creation of design specifications, communication with application developers, deployment of new applications, and project management of this process. Additionally, the Business Analyst provides consulting to other departments and employees on how to leverage technology, assists in the implementation of business application technology, and participates in and coordinates system testing with or without end user groups, while also supporting the Application Analyst with internal support issues.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology or accounting. Financial background. Current experience as a business analyst within an IT company. Experience with JD Edwards, but SAP is a plus. Experience with ERP.
