Southfield, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a national IT consulting services company and due to recent growth within their company, they have opened a new position for a Business Analyst.
What you will do: The Business Analyst liaisons between IT and the business community, works with business and IT Subject Matter Experts to discover, define, assess, and document business needs and requirements, and collaborates closely with other team members to deliver the right solutions. The position articulates requirements to technical teams, engages in prioritization and problem-solving with technical resources, and represents business interests and ensure that all technical designs meet or exceed business needs. The role collaborates on the creation and maintenance of realistic timelines, identifies dependencies and risks/mitigation plans, and contributes regular updates that inform project status reporting.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. Current experience in a business analyst role. Experience supporting multi-company/multi-plant environment. Practical experience with SAP or comparable ERP system (preferably in a Business Analyst, Technical, Support and/or End User role).
