Brake Engineer – Electronic

Plymouth,  Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com   is working with a multinational, industry leading developer of brakes technologies. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for an Electronics Engineer – Brakes.

What you will do: The Electronics Engineer – Brakes defines the product specifications in compliance with customer requirements and national/international regulations, interacts with internal teams, vendors and contractors to achieve the integration of software and hardware, and coordinates the design and development of electromechanical devices and systems. The position supports the customer as main technical interface, ensures the achievement of the program goals in terms of timing, functional safety and quality, and collects/analyzes test data and reports. Additionally, the Electronics Engineer – Brake publishes engineering reports documenting design details or qualification test results, supports the root cause analysis and troubleshooting of the mechatronic systems, and provides recommendations and suggests improvements to design, processes and procedures, while also supporting vehicle testing and calibration.

 

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering. Current experience in tier-one automotive. Experience in engineering. Experience in brakes and brake system.
