Body Repair Technician - Sheet Metal

Spartanburg, South Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a quality assurance company that partners with OEM and Tier-One companies. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Quality Inspector

What you will do: The Body Repair Technician – Sheet Metal manufactures jigs/masks to engineering data and reworks parts to hammer formers. The role reworks trim lines, adds holes (Using equipment provided) and adjusts flange or clearance. The position develops process to ensure process capability and achievement of quality standards. Additionally, the Body Repair Technician – Sheet Metal provides cosmetic reworking of outer surface panels to agreed standard.

What you will need: Experienced sheet metal reworking. Current experience in the automotive industry. Experience in body shop surface rework and reworking structural parts to a hammer block.
