Automotive Quality Inspector

Spartanburg, South Carolina – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with a quality assurance company that partners with OEM and Tier-One companies. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Quality Inspector

What you will do: The Quality Inspector validates parts for weakness/splits/ excessive burr, short trims, holes/slots missing, reworks panels/assemblies to agreed standard, and performs containment actions in manufacturing areas. The role operates the Romer Absolute arm, creates capacity plans for checks to be completed, and generates quality reports for single and assembly parts. The position also provides feedback results and discusses actions with the team.

What you will need: Experience in validating and checking pressed parts for quality related issues. Experience in validating and checking pressed parts for quality related issues. Experience in using a Romer Absolute ARM 7 Axis SE, Software to be used is Polyworks. Fork Lift Truck license is a plus.
