Automotive Designer

Commerce, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with an international tier-one automotive supplier. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for a Designer.

What you will do: The Designer is responsible for program design/development, synchronously designs DLO and Belts with OEM as system level, and provides system analysis and verification, upgrading with the OEM. The role performs design optimization, develops and improves product drawings, and provides technical guidance on test verification. The position communicates technical information to the client, supports and improves the mass production of products, and is responsible for customer build support including root cause analysis and corrective action investigation.

What you will need: Current experience in automotive manufacturing. Experience in the design of DLO and Belts system for various car models. Proficiency in CAD software.
