Troy, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a growing Tier One automotive supplier. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have newly opened position for a Testing Solutions Director.
What you will do: The Testing Solutions Director leads the testing solutions team through the complete order execution of projects at each milestone with products ranging from power-trains to chassis to cylinder heads and camshafts. The role manages external and internal resources on the project to ensure all requirements are met. The position is responsible for new projects, retool and service order tasks, while also exceeding the customer’s expectations on quality, cost and timing. Additionally, the Testing Solutions Director works closely with engineering, sales, procurement and other entities globally.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced experience in testing. Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Knowledgeable in developing DFMEA,PFMEA, Simulation and Root Cause Analysis.
