Auburn, Indiana  – Movement Search & Delivery    www.movementsearch.com   is working with a tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for an Automation Controls Engineer.

What you will do: The Automation Engineer frequently conducts programming and troubleshooting for various amounts of programs, robotics, and systems. The position works with a large variety of equipment and technical systems, including, but not limited to, PLC systems, production robots, Servo systems, and SCADA systems, while also educating electricians and other potential personnel to assist and operate in the same areas of programming and troubleshooting. The role supports production by troubleshooting and programming plant automation and is responsible for programming and designing PLC controls for new equipment.

What you will need: BSME or BSEE. Current experience in automation controls. PLC and robotics knowledge with experience in troubleshooting. Siemens S7 experience is a plus.
