Warren, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a automated systems and turnkey company. Due to their recent growth, they have opened a position for a Simulation Engineer.
What you will do: The Simulation Engineer is responsible for performing simulations & studies relative to automated assembly, tooling clearances, weld feasibility. The position performs continuous improvement activities to improve safety, to increase productivity, and to reduce production cost, while also following customer supplied specifications.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in simulation engineering. Knowledge of Delmia D5 is preferred. Experience in work cells for automated assembly, material handling, spot welding and mig welding. Understanding process engineering, tool design, plant layout validation, and offline programming.
