Auburn Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a national supplier of automotive electronics and due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an Applications Engineer.
What you will do: The Applications Engineer provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. The role provides technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations, assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products, and creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. The position builds a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application and provides consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
What you will need: BSEE. Experience in the Semiconductor automotive industry. Work experience in the design or design-in activity related to automotive products used in lighting, motor control, hall sensors, and regulators.
