Southfield, Michigan – Movement Search and Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with an international leader in the balancing industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an Applications Engineer.
What you will do: The Application (Proposal) Engineer is provides design, analysis, and integration engineering and technical consultation for customers in the area of final assembly systems and end of line testing systems. The role is responsible for technical consultation of tires and wheels, completes detailed technical and pricing proposals, and estimates cost. The position assembles and validates all department estimates for final pricing submittal to the customer, assembles written proposals for final submittal to the customer, and develops bills of material, interpreting engineering specification development estimates.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in applications engineering. Experience writing proposals. Current experience in the manufacturing industry.
