Novi, Michigan – Movement Search and Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with an international supplier to the automotive industry. Our client is a major Tier One for German automotive company. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an AP Specialist.
What you will do: The AP Specialist reconciles and pays all approved expenditures and ensures all expenses are paid in a timely manner. The role sorts and distributes mail to all departments, posts invoices for expense vendors, and preps checks for all vendors, mailing them out. The position reconciles vendor accounts, manages pay-wage garnishments, and works with vendors to work out any problems with their accounts in a timely manner.
What you will need: Associates degree. Current experience as an AP specialist. Knowledge of continuous improvement of products for manufacturability. Current experience within manufacturing. Experience working with vendors.
