Accounts Payable Administrator


Lansing, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a leader in manufacturing equipment assemblies for the automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an Accounts Payable Administrator.

What you will do: The Accounts Payable Administrator processes inventory and non-inventory accounts payable transactions, matches all supplier invoices to supporting documentation, and ensures all disbursements are properly supported and approved. The role reviews open receipts report regularly and research/resolve unusual items, reviews unconfirmed reports weekly and collaborates with corporate treasury management to schedule supplier payments. The position sets up recurring vouchers, maintains all reports, spreadsheets, and A/P files, and answers all supplier inquiries. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Administrator assists in monthly closings and prepares analysis of accounts.

What you will need: Associate’s Degree in Accounting. Advanced Excel user. Current experience with accounts payable, or general accounting. Experience in automotive.
