Farmington Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a global Tier One supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have a newly opened position for an Accounting Specialist.
What you will do: The Accounting Specialist processes accounts payable for raw material invoices, uploads raw material POs & ASNs into Great Plains system, and processes journal entries. The role reconciles and analyzes general ledger accounts, supports business planning and PL analysis, and supports tuck costing process as needed. The position files processed invoices and assists other accounting staff.
What you will need: Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance. Accounts payable and general accounting experience. Solid analysis experience. Cost Accounting experience. Knowledge of Great Plains computer system.
