Clarkston, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working a leading automotive logistics company. Due to recent growth within the company, they have a opened a position for an Accountant.
What you will do: The Accountant is responsible for monthly administrative accounting (AP, AR). The role audits accounts and incoming and outgoing invoices, is responsible for the dunning process, and provides VAT reconciliation and calculations. The position is responsible for the cash book, provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, and prepares reports. Additionally, the Accountant participates in monthly end closing processes and maintains travel expense accounting.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Working experience in accounting and/or tax field, ideally in a mid-sized business with international alignment. Experience in the automotive industry. Experience in all facets of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable).
