Account Manager - Plastics


Milwaukee, Wisconsin – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a world class supplier of products to a myriad of industries within manufacturing west of Milwaukee. Due to recent growth, the company has opened a position for an Account Manager.

What you will do: The Account Manager prepares and manages the development of the customer account plan.  The role serves as a source of market intelligence to DMP (data management platform) for customers and markets, provides leadership for customer conflict resolution when an issue is escalated from customer service, and ensures overall customer and business satisfaction. The position assists in the resolution of billing discrepancies/issues, leads efforts for the customer rationalization including disposition of inventory/tooling, and plays the lead role in the customer teams to facilitate the RFQ (request for quote) process, while managing from quote receipt to purchase order. Additionally, the Account Manager is a key member of the company’s plastics department.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Mid-range experience in account/sales management. Direct tier 1 account management experience for OEM’s . Prior plastics experience desired. Ability to travel up to 30%.
