Account Manager - Industrial Lubricants

Beloit, Wisconsin – Movement Search and Delivery     is working with a manufacturer of petroleum based products and due to their recent growth, they are searching for an Account Manager – Grease, south of Beloit.

What you will do: The Account Manager – Grease is responsible for managing a mix of strategic, partner and premier accounts to increase sales volumes in alignment with commercial sales goals. The role understands the overall business, customers and products and technology as well as competitors, emerging trends and drivers for assigned product/market, provides leadership in developing short term and long term strategies, and maintains current customers to grow the business to meet or exceed plans. The position manages all commercial aspects and technical product portfolio for the assigned accounts, manages multiple tasks, communicates with stakeholders, and manages product level pricing and pricing strategies. Additionally, the Account Manager – Grease implements price increases, utilizes price management system, and develops technical and commercial selling tools.

What you will need: BS degree in chemistry or engineering. Account management experience in a technical commercial role. Technical and or sales background in chemicals or lubricants. Ability to manage 5-15 customers and $1-$50MM. Ability to travel up to 50%.
