Account Manager - Fasteners

Troy, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery  is working with a national supplier of the tier-one automotive industry. Due to recent growth, they have a newly created position for an Account Manager – Fasteners.

What you will do: The Account Manager – Fasteners identifies new sales opportunities within existing accounts, manages project coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities, and manages/solves conflicts with clients. The role works directly with customer engineering and purchasing personnel to sell products, supports customers through problem resolution, product understanding and follow-up tasks, and achieves sales targets supporting the division’s penetration/growth in the market. Additionally, the Account Manager – Fasteners conducts reviews on accounts on regular basis, keeps record of transaction of sale and purchase goods, and meets deadlines both internally and externally.

What you need: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering. Current experience as an account manager within the automotive manufacturing industry. Experience with fasteners is a plus.
