Account Manager - Automotive Electronics

Ann Arbor, Michigan – Movement Search and Delivery    is working with an international supplier to the automotive industry. Our client is a major Tier One automotive company. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an Account Manager.

What you will do: The Account Manager manages an assigned book of business to ensure proper service and sales support, provides needed marketing and business development support to cultivate and obtain opportunities for future new business, and assists in market analysis, advance planning and budgeting for assigned book of business. The position supports technical aspects of assigned OEM, including new business development, customer presentations, pricing and promptly address any customer issues with the “Customer First” approach, while also providing the highest level of service and timely communication with customers and liaisons between customers and internal personnel.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. Japanese language skills. Familiarity with automotive component supply program management principles, request for quotation (RFQ) and commercial contract processes. Current experience in account management within manufacturing.
