Sales Account Manager - Chrysler

Troy, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   www.movementsearch.com    is working with a multi-national leader in automobile electronics. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for an Account Manager – Chrysler.

What you will do: The Account Manager is responsible for managing account related sales and marketing issues, insuring that all new and existing business relationships are maintained to the greatest possible level of customer satisfaction, and insuring a quality product is delivered on time at the best possible price. The role participates, coordinates and challenges the quoting and costing processes, assists with the quotation process by obtaining competitive market information, and is responsible for parts in production, acquired or in acquisition, and special assigned projects. The position monitors engineering changes implementation, assists program managers during the acquisition phase of a project, and reviews customer sales/marketing figures with sales planning on a quarterly or as needed basis. Additionally, the Chrysler Account Manager participates on a weekly basis in forecast review meetings, monitors the timely delivery of prototype samples, and maintains the account records update to assure right prices and correct information to the organization.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Current experience in account manager. Experience with Chrysler. Solid understanding of costing processes and manufacturing cost. Experience with engineering changes implementation. Experience with manufacturing tools, such molds and stamping tools. Good understanding of quality systems and audits. Experience with customers located abroad.
