OE Sales Director - Automotive Filter Systems

Wixom, Michigan – Movement Search and Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs    is working with an international supplier to the automotive industry. Our client is a major Tier One for German automotive company. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an OE Sales Director.

What you will do: The OE Sales Director is responsible for ensuring that all assigned sales activities are executed. The role has disciplinary responsibility for subordinates, ensures that OE net new business goal will be developed, set and achieved, and drives price and contract negotiations with customers. The position ensures that the Sales OE team works along the local and global processes and workflows, ensures that the Sales OE team develops/maintains an outstanding relationship to the customers, and ensures that all local and global company functions are connected to the corresponding customer functions. Additionally, the OE Sales Director enables achievement of the financial targets of the company in revenue growth, margin improvement, and efficient use of capital, contributes to local and global business decisions, and supports the customer in a professional manner to assure the services are satisfactory to the customer expectations.

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Strong experience in sales within a manufacturing company. Previous or current experience with an automotive supplier. Experience in a director level role with multiple reports.
