Auburn Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a world leader in the automotive OEM space. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Customer Sales Manager.
What you will do: Sales Manager is responsible for global sales management, shares the responsibility for timing, quality, and cost of product portfolios with the other team members. The role develops customer strategy, develops and implements long-term profitable growth strategy, and is responsible for business acquisition, in line with strategy. The position is responsible for profitability, pricing, volume and sales budget, ensures strong network with the customers, and is responsible for claim and opportunity management, e.g. overdues and receivables, contract management in alignment with KAE. Additionally, the Customer Sales Manager is responsible for EOP and service part negotiation, tracks costs/prices accurately for all CL projects K1-K2-K3, and negotiates savings, gap closure, and price increases.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced experience in customer sales management. Current experience in the tier-one automotive manufacturing industry. Experience managing multiple, large customers at one time. Experience with GM Or FCA . Experience with automotive structures.
