Cordele, Georgia – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a growing, multi-billion dollar manufacturing client. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for a Web Developer.
What you will do: The Web Developer participates in project time/task estimation and code/architecture reviews, provides support for junior developers, and produces quality code according to system design and technical standards. The role maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions, guides more junior level developers in development of architecture, and participates in system architectural review, while also trains new team members and contractors to get up to speed on current environment and project architecture. The position assists in the development of project delivery schedules, is responsible for learning new technologies and techniques, and provides support to end users. Additionally, the Web Developer leads team discussions on different alternatives to solve complex business problems through code.
What you will need: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent. Experience working as software developer. Very strong understanding of javascript, HTML, CSS. Experienced with SQL preferred. Thorough understanding of application development technology and supporting construction techniques along with well-developed architectural and technical skills.
