Sales Account Manager - Grinding

Richmond, Virginia – Movement Search & Delivery    www.movementsearch.com/jobs    is working with an international, leading manufacturers for highly engineered products. Due to the company’s recent growth, they have opened a position for a Sales Account Manager – Grinding.

What you will do: The Sales Account Manager – Grinding is responsible for providing sales coverage in the United States and identified direct accounts within North America (or globally) while developing best market penetration of all products. The role develops sales strategy for each potential customer to guarantee successful order completion, maintains existing accounts, expanding penetration to new markets, and manages a network of qualified sales agents and representation within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for a defined set of direct accounts, analyzes customer needs, formulates solutions to sell value, and recommends and attends industrial trade shows for the purpose of developing new markets. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager – Grinding oversees direct preparation of proposals, contracts, and amendments, recommends the addition of new products, services and the modification or deletion of present products, and accurately forecasting company sales objectives.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical discipline. Technical field sales experience. Experience hunting new clientele. Experience with grinding machines (surface grinding, orbital grinding, cylindrical grinding, peel grinding, centerless grinding) is a plus.
