What you will do: The focus of this role involves daily customer contact regarding a variety of quality functions and provides support for customer audits, investigations, consumer complaints, CAPA’s, and FMEA’s
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree NO Exception. 7+ years quality experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Excellent internal and external communications skills, experience leading teams, and a history of building strong relationships are a must.
