Pontiac, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a international supplier of chemicals to the agricultural industry. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Global Customer Service Business Leader.
What you will do: The Global Customer Service Leader is responsible for leading the integration of global projects by working closely with the regional customer care leads and their teams, global customer care counterparts and cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global strategy. The role develops benchmarks against global customer service strategy both internally and externally, understands business strategies and has commercial operational knowledge to balance the impact on the customer experience while managing costs to meet financial targets. The position focuses on external benchmarking and new business initiatives, acts as a change agent to influence process alignment across all regions and globally, and develops, tracks and analyzes global metrics and communicates impact of information with key stakeholders. Additionally, the Global Customer Service Business Leader establishes governance of globally aligned processes, metrics and tools, builds strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders in the commercial business, and liaisons for global customer service with outside experts.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Strong knowledge of customer service methodologies and systems. Current experience in a business lead, customer facing role. Ability to travel up to 20%.
