Plymouth, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery www.movementsearch.com is working with a growing automotive tier-one. Due to their growth, they have a newly created position for an Electronic Project Engineer.
What you will do: The Project Manager – Drivetrains works in automatic transmission application engineering and calibration for current and future North American customers, develops understanding of the transmission control system to support integration into customer vehicles, and coordinates control system development with vehicle OEM. The position also participates in company and customer evaluation trips, analyzes on-board diagnostic system developments, and provides feedback to managers.
What you will need: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Electrical). Familiarity with CAD/CAE packages (especially Catia/NX-UG). Familiarity with automatic transmissions and controls. Previous experience in transmission hardware or software design and release. Knowledge and experience with drivetrains.
