This growth has opened a position for a Operations Shift Manager to direct and coordinate activities of 3rd shift operations personnel.
What you will do: This role will execute the daily plan, hand off operation plans from shift to shift, report production issues with solutions, ensure batch record accuracy and conduct defect investigations. This role will drive continuous improvement activities and execute safety improvements.
What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree NO Exception. 3-5 years strong leadership experience in a GMP environment. Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. This is a non-union environment.
