Quality Engineer -Mandarin

Fremont, CA – Movement Search and Delivery   www.movementsearch.com/jobs   is working with an international supplier to the automotive industry.  Our client has an immediate need for a Quality Engineer who speaks Mandarin Chinese.

What you will do: Collect and analyze passive and active optical products from production to evaluate quality.
Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production, project, and product line management. Communicate environmental compliance requirements to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors. Drive outside vendors to improve quality. Generate failure analysis reports of the return products from customer.  Based on nonconformance of products or processes, work with cross departments for finding out root causes and working out corrective and preventive actions. Participate in the development of product specifications and qualifications.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Physics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. 2+ years of work experience as Quality Engineer, Operations Manager.  2+ years experience 8D and Root Cause Analysis. Must speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
