Production Supervisor-Metals


Madison, Indiana  – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with a leading supplier of automotive components for their newly opened Production Engineering Supervisor role.

What you will do: The Production Supervisor ensures start up and shut down of the production lines are done correctly, ensures employees are following standard operating procedures, and continuously monitors product quality. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, can fill in on the production line when needed, and identifies non-conforming material to be properly disposed of. The position oversees employee training, completes end-of-shift paperwork, and troubleshoots production issues. Additionally, the Production Supervisor helps to coordinate and monitor all production floor aspects and works cooperatively with members of other departments.  This role will be the technical expert for welding and assembly with experience working on tooling design, jigs.

What you will need: Current Supervisory experience. Current automotive manufacturing experience in welding/stamping
