Sales Manager-North America


Indiana  – Movement Search & Delivery    is working with a growing industrial components manufacturer with a newly opened role for a Sale Manager for North America.

What you will do:  This role will be tasked for profitably grow North America Industrial business by leading a sales team to develop and execute sales strategy for the industrial markets in North America.  This role will hire, train, coach and develop a technical sales organization in the industrial OEM markets of North America while utilizing and maintaining customer information on the company.  The position will develop sales plan/forecast, long-term strategic plan. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to meet established goals focusing on Key Accounts and significant growth opportunities. Coordinate key customer needs with operational and manufacturing facility while meeting with key clients, assisting sales engineers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. Prepares sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion and forecasting. Collect and share market and competitive information for strategy development.  This is a home-based position with heavy travel.

What you will need:  Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering. Current outside technical sales with selling experience to OEM’s.  Current experience with precision parts/components being sold into heavy industry such as agriculture, off-highway or manufacturing.  They are not looking for someone calling into automotive or aerospace, they have specific roles designated for these verticals.  Previous sales management experience.
