Director Human Resources


Columbus, Ohio – Movement Search & Delivery    is working with a leading manufacturing client. Due to their recent growth, the company has opened a position for a Director of Human Resources

What you will do:  This role will be responsible for the HR function of a 500+ person facility that is in the process of doubling in size.   This is the strategic role that will develop systems and processes for the company.   They want someone who wants a seat at the leadership table.   The role advises ownership in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, administers performance review and salary administration programs, and prepares team member separation notices and related documentation.   This role will have a hand full of direct reports and will be groomed for a newly created “C” suite.

What you will need: Bachelor’s degree. Current experience in manufacturing human resources OR a high tech environment.  There are 100 technologists at this facility.  Current experience in a management role.    Experience leading the HR function in defining processes, procedures AND technology.
