Director Sales - Aerospace

Greenville, SC – Movement Search and Delivery   is working with an international supplier to the automotive industry. Due to their growth, they have an immediate need for a Manufacturing Engineer.

What you will do:  Responsible for establishing and directing all sales and marketing functions for this 250 Million division. This role plans, organizes, directs, controls and provides the leadership to achieve the short-range and long-range development objectives in the commercial & defense aerospace segments.  This role will be 75% sales and 25% marketing.  This position will forecast product requirements to assure appropriate numbers and product types are being manufactured for customer demand while interfacing with manufacturing to ensure prioritizing of customer order requirements and orderly flow of shipments. The position will be responsible for the annual business plan development along with the new business & pricing plans. while managing the marketing, sales, and product support staff along with their budget. The staff will be 13 individuals including managers.

What you will need: 4-year college degree, MBA highly preferred A progressive work history in aerospace.  Current experience selling into large aerospace/defense customers.   Functional management responsibility.  The ability to travel 70%.  The ability to move up at least 2 rungs within the organization.  This can not be a home based role.  Relocation to Greenville, SC is required and paid for in full by the company.
