Lewisburg, Tennessee – Movement Search and Delivery www.movementsearch.com/jobs is working with a supplier to the automotive industry. Due to recent growth within the company, they have recently opened a position for an Controls Technician.
What you will do: The Controls Technician works with various types of electrical controls, controllers, plant power and circuits, assists technical services in machine repair, changeover, set up and operation as required, and performs all preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled. The position also performs all other duties that may include, but are not limited to, electrical, ventilation, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, welding, etc.
What you will need: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Electrical training or journeyman’s certification is preferred. Experience with multi-axis robots, preferably ABB, Moto man and Fanuc. Strong background in welding. Current experience in manufacturing; automotive industry experience is preferred.
