Account Manager - Automotive

Farmington Hills, Michigan – Movement Search & Delivery   is working with an international automotive manufacturing company. Due to recent growth within the company, they have opened a position for an Account Manager.

What you will do: The Account Manager executes sales & technical strategies developed internally and implements those strategies through contacts via ongoing relationship management. The position identifies the needs of the customer and conveys those needs into product solutions, maintains a detailed understanding of the company product line, and analyzes customer total system costs. The role provides customer intelligence, provides accurate and timely quotations, and serves as the primary negotiator for product pricing. Additionally, the Account Manager drives closure on commercial issues, participates in customer visits, submits monthly reports, and maintains the customer database. 

What you will need: Bachelor’s Degree. Current experience in Automotive Sales/Account Management. Familiarity with cost accounting.
